Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms cover your use of Sizzle Sports: the free minutes, the plans, and what an AI golf pro is and is not.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sizzlesports.ai and the Sizzle Sports service (the “Service”), operated by Sizzle, Inc. (“Sizzle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, including the free minutes, or by buying a plan or minutes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Sizzle Sports gives you real-time, face-to-face conversations with Synth Human® AI golf pros, Justin and Christina, about your swing, course strategy, practice and the mental game.

Justin and Christina are artificial intelligence. They are not real people and not certified teaching professionals. They can be wrong: they may misjudge what you describe or state something with confidence that is not so. Use their advice with judgment. If anything hurts when you swing, stop and see a doctor or physical therapist. Nothing in the Service is medical advice.

3. Eligibility and accounts

The Service is intended for general audiences. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian’s permission to use it. You are responsible for the email address you give us and for activity under your account.

4. Free minutes

Everyone may try the Service with 2 free minutes, with no sign-up and no payment. When those run out, you may add your first name and email address to receive 3 more free minutes. Free minutes are limited to one set per person, are shared between both pros, and have no cash value. We may change or end the free-minute offer at any time.

5. Plans and billing

Sizzle Sports offers monthly, recurring plans measured in conversation minutes per month:

Every plan includes both pros; plans differ in monthly minutes and response priority. Unused plan minutes roll over month to month while your plan remains active. The yearly option is charged once for twelve months and includes a thirteenth month at no additional charge.

Recurring charges. Monthly plans renew automatically each month, and yearly plans each year, at the then-current price, until cancelled. Your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period. You will see the plan, price and billing frequency before you complete a purchase. We will give reasonable advance notice by email before any price increase takes effect.

6. Minutes without a plan

You may buy 30 minutes once for $19.99 without a plan or subscription. It does not renew. Plan members may also buy it to add minutes to a busy month, or upgrade to a higher plan instead.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a plan at any time, with no minimum term or cancellation fee. Cancel online at sizzlesports.ai/cancel, email info@sizzlesports.ai, or call 818-633-0458, and we will confirm your cancellation by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access through the period you have paid for and are not charged again.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Intellectual property

Synth Human® is a mark of Sizzle, Inc. The Service, including its software, personas, likenesses and content, is owned by or licensed to Sizzle and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, record for redistribution, reproduce or create derivative works from the Service, or from Justin’s or Christina’s likeness or voice, except as normal use of the Service allows.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break any law, to harass or harm others, to try to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying AI systems, to share your account or free minutes, or to present a conversation with Justin or Christina as the statement or endorsement of a real person, golf organization or brand.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We review our pros for accuracy and take reports seriously through the Report a Concern feature on the site, but we do not guarantee that every response will be accurate, complete or suitable for you, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. A strong Wi-Fi or 5G connection is required for live conversation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sizzle, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury, arising from your use of the Service or from acting on anything a pro says. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time as described above.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give reasonable notice, such as by email or a notice on the site, before they take effect.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
