Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Sizzle Sports collects when you talk with Justin or Christina, why, and what we never do with it.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Sizzle, Inc. (“Sizzle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use sizzlesports.ai and the Sizzle Sports service, including conversations with our Synth Human® golf pros, Justin and Christina (the “Service”).

2. Information we collect

• Your first name and email address — when you add them to unlock three more free minutes, or when you buy a plan.
• Payment information — payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Sizzle never sees or stores your full card number.
• Conversation content — what you say to Justin or Christina and what they say back, so the conversation can work, so each pro can remember your game, and so we can review reported concerns.
• Camera and microphone — during a live conversation your pro hears you and, if your camera is on, can see your expression the way a person would. Your face and voice are not kept after the conversation.
• Usage and device information — pages visited, minutes used, which pro you talked to, the link or campaign that brought you to the site (for example a QR code at a golf venue), and general technical information about your browser or device.
• Information you send us — such as a Report a Concern message, including an optional reply email.

3. How we use information

• To run the Service: your conversations, your free and paid minutes, and each pro’s own notes on your game.
• To keep free minutes fair: one free trial per person.
• To process payments and manage any plan you choose.
• To send you occasional emails about your pro, your minutes and your plan. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop at any time.
• To understand which parts of the site and which channels work, so we can improve them.
• To review reported concerns and improve the accuracy of our pros, and to keep the Service secure.

4. Each pro keeps separate notes

Justin and Christina each keep their own notes on your game. What you tell one pro is not shared with the other. You can ask us to clear either pro’s notes, or both, at any time.

5. AI processing and service providers

Conversations are processed by third-party AI and video infrastructure providers so that your pro can respond in real time. Live conversations open on Sizzle’s conversation platform at sizzleconcierge.com. Payments are handled by a third-party processor. These providers receive only what they need to perform their function and may not use it for their own purposes.

We do not use your conversations to train AI models, and we do not sell them.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools such as Google Analytics or PostHog, to understand how the site is used and which links and campaigns bring visitors to it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Advertising

We do not sell your personal information and we never share your conversations with advertisers. If we advertise Sizzle Sports on platforms such as Google, YouTube or Meta, we may share an encrypted (hashed) form of your email address with that platform so it can show our ads to you or exclude you from them. You can opt out at any time by emailing info@sizzlesports.ai.

8. How we share information

We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (such as AI, video, analytics, email and payment providers), under obligations to protect it.
• Our business partners who help us bring Sizzle Sports to golfers, such as golf venues, only to the extent needed to operate and measure a program you took part in (for example, that a sign-up came from a venue’s QR code).
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety or property of Sizzle or others.
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy or a materially similar one.

9. Data retention

We keep account, email and conversation information for as long as your account or plan is active and for a reasonable period afterward, or as needed to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email info@sizzlesports.ai.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give reasonable notice, such as by email or a notice on the site, before they take effect.
